Aiden and His Beautiful Family | Family Portraits San Diego

I have so many family sessions and children's portrait sessions to blog, that I thought I'd just go down the list and blog them alphabetically. So, Aiden, I guess that makes you first! (technically, I'm going by last name ... but I don't use last names on my blog, so Aiden works, too!)

I've known Aiden's dad, Wade, for about 15 years now. Dang, that sounds like a long time. Anyways, Wade is my husband's best friend and I've known his wife, Caryn, for at least 10 years, too. In fact, if you're one of my former brides reading this note, Caryn may have actually been my assistant at your wedding! She worked for me in the very early days of shawna K studio ... and her last wedding with me was the day she told me she was pregnant with Aiden!

Wow, that sounded bad. It sounds like a lawsuit, actually! No, Caryn didn't get fired for being pregnant with Aiden ... haha! Caryn just decided that weddings were very hot in the middle of summer in San Diego (so true), were a lot of hours on her tired feet (also very true), and really not the type of photography in which she wanted to focus. Caryn is very talented with a camera herself, and her nature photography is superb!
