Kim and Matt became husband and wife on Saturday at NTC Promenade! Here's a little sneak peek of two of their images from their wedding day. It was such a beautiful day and Kim and Matt are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Can't wait to show you the rest!

Welcoming Baby Ella!

I can't believe that it's been 5 years since my friends Loren and Brandon got married. They had the perfect Coronado beach wedding with sage green dresses, lots of hot pink and other colorful flowers, flip flops, sunglasses, and darling parasols! Now, they just welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Ella Grace, into the world.

Catching Up: Courtney, Alexis, and Danielle at Summer's Past

Oh my gosh, I have SO many sessions to blog, it's not even funny! I don't know if I'll ever catch up ... but here's one I've been dying to share with you. Courtney, Alexis, and Danielle wanted to surprise their dad with a photo session of all 3 of them before Alexis and Danielle moved away. They wanted some place with sunflowers, so they chose Summer's Past in El Cajon. It's a fantastic place for photo sessions and the owner was kind enough to let me use her grounds for the shoot.

Of course, when we had the session, most of the sunflowers were gone. But that part wasn't important. With girls as gorgeous as these three, I think the background really becomes a non-issue. Aren't they beautiful?

The girls ended up doing a wall grouping and hanging it in their dad's house for him. Alexis sent me a quick snap of it from her cell phone so I could see it. I'm so excited about how nice it ended up looking, with some photgraphs hanging and some photographs leaning from the photo ledge. What a stunning display!

A Playdate with Dominic!

When I last photographed Dominic, he was just a little smiling sweet baby with enormous blue eyes. Now he's running and playing and doing big-kid stuff! I can't believe how fast they turn into toddlers! (Okay, now that I have his mom crying ... I'll move on to the photographs from the session!)

As you can see, Dominic is still super smiley and sweet! He just loves to play. That's the beauty of the Pattycake Photography playdate: the kids get to play and I get to create beautiful portraits in a low-stress, low-key environment.
